Summary:
We have an immediate, full-time opening for a dispatcher / customer service representative. Candidate must be
dependable, professional and be able to multi-task efficiently. The ideal candidate will have advanced customer
service skills and be articulate, adaptable to change and able to excel and problem-solve in a fast paced
environment. Responsible for dispatching and efficiently routing service technicians on a daily basis, along with
scheduling service calls for customers, and a variety of administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- The position requires a self-motivated individual with diligent follow-up skills
- Exceptional customer service skills including a strong ability to build relationships and establish trust
- Excellent communication skills / oral and written
- Dispatching experience and knowledge of the plumbing and/or hvac trade is strongly preferred
- Computer literate / MS-Office
- High School Diploma
