“Our church furnace was not running on a cold Sunday. We placed a call, and Mark contacted us and came later that day to diagnose the problem. Although we had to pay for a Sunday service call, it was worth not having to worry about pipes freezing. Subsequently, the furnace went out again and Mark came back to do what was necessary to prevent water pipes from freezing, even though he had to do so outside his normal hours. He found the problem and replaced a blower motor. He was very courteous and efficient. It's nice to deal with such a professional.”
